Halloween

Many thanks to the Dancing Queen (AKA Hermione Granger!) for producing once again ...

such fabulously carved pumpkins for Halloween.
She did these on Friday for us, and managed to leave the kitchen totally wrecked for when I got back off holiday!!!
She had left for a party before we got home and explained by text that she had been too busy to clear up!
Also just had to share that we went to see the really funny Sarah Millican on Saturday night. I love the way she had a tea towel amongst her merchandise and echo her sentiments totally!

  3. That tea towel is so funny - I can hear that little high pitched Geordie voice saying the words as I read them :O)))))

Wonderful carving by that girl of yours!

  5. Brilliant pumpkins. I don't think we'll be carving any this year as Eleanor has a singing lesson after school and then drama for the rest of the evening, and Daniel isn't interested in Halloween in the slightest. Makes me sad now that they're growing up.

  6. Thats teenagers for you. They are so messy until they have their own home. She did a great job on the pumpkins. I haven't heard of your comedienne. We went to see Stephen Fry and Alan Davies IN QI Live tonight. They were very funny but we were way up the back and it was a bit hard to hear.

We actually came home to a tidy house for the first time ever, after last week's holiday. My messy boy is far, far away.
