Soooooo bored with this rainy and very grey weather - so I have booked a Tango workshop for Mr Heartshaped and I - don't tell him, it will be a lovely surprise for him!!!
I'd love to learn to Tango - it was my dad's favourite and he was a very good dancer indeed. Ballroom dancing was out of favour by the time I was old enough to go dancing though so I never learned. Hope you both have a great time.
Ha ha, I jumped to the wrong conclusion as ever! My immediate thoughts when you said the grey weather and a Tango workshop, was that you were going somewhere to get 'Tangoed' - as in turning bright orange! I know, highly unlikely, but I thought you were joking at first.
You'll both love it, Mr FF and I used to go for lessons and it was great fun. However, he was never able to lift me Strictly style, I'm a bit too heavy for that.
How lovely - hope you both enjoy it! We took ballroom lessons a few years ago but they skimmed across so many different dances that we never learned anything properly. Booking for a specific dance is a great idea. Can't wait to hear the report and see the pics xx
You know you'll have to concentrate and not giggle too much!
ReplyDeleteWill you be doing all that leg flicking Argentinian stuff too?
