Scenes from my week so far

Ive been so busy this week, but with not much to show for it!! Anyway, some of the nicer bits have been:

The sunset earlier in the week - these are the true colours, it was so spectacular.

A "Preview"evening at Hackets Florists and Gift shop in the market town of Penistone, South Yorkshire - sadly she seems to have no website, but it is a lovely little shop and brimming with Christmas goodies at the moment!!
My Chocolate Cosmos - which I was assured would also smell of chocolate, but never did. They are in their final bloom now, but they have looked lovely by the back door.
Please let me know (by email) if you have problems leaving comments - and I'll see what I can do .

What a posh Christmas display in that shop!!!
My nose is all blocked up...so it doesn't matter if your Cosmos doesn't smell of chocolate, it's just lovely! ;-)

Do you know what? The chocolate smelling cosmos have always been a disappointment to me. Have grown them a few times, but they never did smell of chocolate. :O(

I love all that silver Christmas sparkle, very sophisticated though I expect most of us have such a collection of decorations it would be impossible to have a single colour theme. If only.

What a gorgeous sunset - there have been some spectacular ones over the last few weeks. The wares in that shop look gorgeous and very elegant. I always wondered if those Chocolate scented flowers would actually smell of chocolate - now I know - still looks very pretty though:)

Had another look at the poster and yes I can see it's Julian Clary now, thanks for that!

Hello Diane, I have nominated you for an award (please visit my blog to find out more). I would like to say that you should not feel obligated in anyway to participate in this if you do not wish to but I was surprised to be sent this award so I thought I would like to let the bloggers whose work I love know that they are appreciated :)
