Fast Food

My kids and hubby say that I am a perfect cross between the two mothers on Gavin & Stacey. Like Gwen, I make a cracking Omlette - my favourite fast food. This was made using leftover boiled potatoes, chorizio sausage, mushrooms, cheddar cheese and lots of fresh basil.

Like Pamela, I get lairy and tend to burst into spontaneous song when I have had Gin!

How many gins are you up to so far this evening? The omelette looks very tempting and I love the basil garnish, how you do spoil your brood.

Have a wonderful time in Cornwall. x

I'm hopeless at making omelettes, but like singing!

I think that a combination of Gwen and Pam would make a lovely Mum. The ability to make great omelettes and drink gin, what more could your family ask for, it must be a lot of fun at your house.

I love the omelette Diane!
A friend of ours insisted we watch Gavin & Stacy only last month, we'd never seen it!! Hilarious! Now I've got 3 DVD's x

You will be forever Pamela in my eyes from now on!! She was in "worst week of my life" too a few years ago, and was brilliant in that too ... x
