Ooh I can almost taste it.
Cheers! You're such a posh lady, Diane! xxxxx
Mine's still not frothing. Just going to bottle it anyway and see what happens...
How did you know I was giggling?!Looks perfect for a summer's evening, or afternoon, or morning come to that!Lisa x
I shall have to try the champagne next year - made cordial this summer & its lush :)
I could just drink that. Right now! In fact I can almost taste it already.
Love your blog & really had to smile at your comment about Stevie W. Part of the reason I "blogged" it with reference to the past were the youngsters who surrounded us at Glastonbury & slightly scorned our "mum & dad dancing".. and I thought to myself "This is our music"!!!!!! LOL.
Elderflower champagne is wonderful stuff isn't it? All I can do is look longingly at the flower heads which look particularly prolific this year of course! By the time I get my cast off they'll have finished so I'll have to concentrate on elderberry rob instead. Thanks for the website address, I shall try some of the walks later this summer.
I saw elderflower champagne being made by Alys Fowler on The Edible Garden and mentioned to the mister here that I'd like to have a go. He gave me "the look" and reminded me of our foray into home brewing many years ago. Nuff said. Yours does look very tempting, though.
oohhh i hope my turns out as well as yours! Second time lucky I hope :-)
Bring it on!!Pleeeze x
Mmmmmm - that looks sooooo refreshing.
Where can I find the recipe? It looks so summery! xx
I've been tempted to make cordial - I wonder if it's too late ?
Looks great, have yet to try making some! x x
