Beaches

We explored beaches with castles on them,

.. with stones sculptures on them...

... with shipwrecks on them - this one was the SS Brodfield from 1916!!
... with Fish and Chips on them.  Local caught fish and local grown potatoes - the very best I have ever tasted.
... with amazing campsites on them...  This site at Troytown was in the best location ever (although I read that they might ask you to move your tent to a different field in the event of bad storms!!)
... with fabulous eateries on them - Ruin Beach was a favourite....

... as was Hell Bay Hotel.  I wouldn't mind a stay here if we get a lottery win....
... with unusual skeletons on them....
... and delightful statues on them....
... and artists studios on them ......
... and gardens made from flotsam and Jetsom on them.....
 ... and Camels on them!!!....
... and beautiful sunsets on them.

The beaches on each of the Isles of Scilly are well worth exploring.

Oh my goodness, your photos in this post and the previous one (just catching up) are absolutely beautiful. What a lovely holiday, Diane, I am feeling rather envious! And you have such a great eye for a picture. Wonderful! xxxxx

Oh my goodness that campsite looks like an amazing place to pitch up.
Even with names like Ruin and Hell I could still be persuaded to visit when everything looks so attractive.
There certainly seems to be lots to keep you busy with the camera, wanting to capture so many memories of a really pretty Island.

All looks very lovely to me. If that's what Hell looks like then it's not going to be so bad after all!
