I adore that first photoreminds e of the war ( why I have no idea)
We are very impatient too! Lovely pictures of the beach!xxxx
I love that photo of the pebbleman! You have shown me another part of this fab country I know nothing about and it all looks so beautiful.Lisa x
Glad you had nice weather for your camping trip. The area is very pretty.I love the patchwork countryside and the seaside shots.
Is that photo of the village street Flamborough? it certainly looks like it. As for David Hockney, his brother, Paul used to live on the Headland near the lighthouse. We know them quite well and have enjoyed many hours visiting many times. I love David Hockney's paintings of the wolds. Incidentally, East Yorkshire is often drier than other parts of Britain. I think the clouds dump all their rain before they reach the coast!
I love those beach photos!.
Looks fab, glad the weather was good!Liz @ Shortbread & Ginger
Wonderful photos, Diane - you did have some gorgeous weather, I hope you get more of the same weather on your next camping trip:)
Great photos as usual, Diana! I loved that door and knocker! Glad you had good weather - makes all the difference!
Shan and I loved Bridlington when we went to visit, lots of lovely art galleries. I love the pebble man...he could be in a gallery!xxx
lovely pictures - lovely area the Wolds. I was in Bridlinton/Sewerby this weekend - didn't bump into Mr. Hockney but thoroughly loved the area and its countryside feel.
Lovely images Diane, especially the carved door with the metal work.
