I attended a jewellery making class organised by my W.I last night. I really enjoyed it. Apart from having a great natter with the ladies, I was really pleased with the results.
Only the fact that I had to start painting the kitchen kept me from visiting a local craft shop to purchase all the new equipment I need!!! Like I needed another hobby!

I love making jewellery, it is great fun. I hope to make a whole lot more when I get back to France and sell it at the local bric-a-brac sale. I did very well last year. Diane
They look gorgeous, and with your signature heart too.
Hey, they look really good! They're as good as M&S!
What did you do with the beads you bought at the craft show in Manchester?
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Wow, that is lovely.
Went to the MBS event at Elsecarr today and a young lady who makes the most wonderful silver jewellery was telling us she runs jewellery courses.

I've been through a jewellery making phase too , be careful lol
They're really nice - sometimes handmade / homemade jewellery's a bit naff, but I'd buy those!! Well done!
I like making jewelry too! Your pieces are beautiful! I love the earrings!
I love making jewellery especially earrings. You can have a pair in lots of different styles and colours without it costing a fortune. Have fun and I'm looking forward to seeing what you make.

I've just started jewellery classes and am loving it - so many colours and shapes and what to make next? I love your heart shaped set - very clever!
Is there anything you ladies can't do! I am feeling very humbled here.

that is lovely, are you going to carry on making more jewellry? x
Making jewellery is not only great fun, it's absorbing, creative, but also addictive....!!
I went from absolute novice to being owner of a huge stash of beads and books about beads in absolutely no time at all and don't regret a single bead !!
But just think of all the gifts you can make, the lovely unique jewellery you can wear....this necklace set is lovely and I look forward to seeing more !!
It's addictive isn't it? The advantage of making them is that when you get bored of a design you can unstring the beads and use them for something else!!! x
Looking good - a great skill to have! And I like your style! xxx
What a lovely set you made, does this mean card making will be on the back burner for a while?
