North Norfolk

Hubby and I have just returned from a lovely week on the North Norfolk Coast.  We stayed at the Wiveton Bell again as this is a great base for walking.  You can walk to Cley, Blakeney and Morston Quay from here quite easily which means we don't have to use the car as much.

I must admit that we are enjoying our "pre retirement " years!

My blog may become more pictures than words as I try and catch up with my diary posts xx

Curlews and egrets and seals, oh my! And beaches and full moons and rainbows, oh my! Looks like it was really lovely.

Wonderful photos, Diane. It's one of my favourite seaside areas and we used to visit quite a bit when we lived in South Lincolnshire - you could get there for a day trip. We have a watercolour of Morston Quay on our living room wall painted by a friend from Spalding many years ago and I love looking at it. Glad you had a super time - the weather looks good - love the curlew:)

Your pictures are so beautiful they don't need any words. In fact they are stunning pictures. I love the beach huts on stilts, I have not seen any like that before as far as I remember! xx

Fabulous pictures Diane. We spend a lot of time in Holt always going to the Wiveton Bell for a drink. Lovely to see so many of our favourite places in your photos. Anne
