Well done Rosie for spotting that the film location was indeed Pride & Prejudice featuring Ms Kiera Knightly balancing on top of a rock at Stanage Edge.

And to the other Rosie, did you seriously think I wouldn't take a photo of Little John's Grave? (Little John as in Robin Hoods big Mate)
I thought I would share some more of the photo's I took the other day. Blogging helps me spot things I have never noticed before, and a lot of the smaller details that give me great joy.

Love the gate & mossy tree trunk. I'm always looking for, and seeing more when I'm out and about with my camera now too.

I know what you mean about blogging giving you a different perspective when out and about the camera. I was taking what I thought were artistic shots of the garden but my boy thought I'd gone dolally tap. Happy belated birthday to the mister.

I continue to be very happy that I found your blog. Looking at these wonderful photos makes me feel like I've been on a lovely mini vacation today(instead of being stuck in the office, which is my reality). Thanks! :)

Great photos, Diane - like you and Lyn I have begun to look for more details when taking photographs for my blog - and I love doing it. Love all your details from you Hathersage visit:)

Ahhh I knew you wouldn't let me down! Little John's grave was so exciting, I mean we'd seen him on the tv, with Richard Greene as RH.
I love the picture of the stone flowers, and the gargoyle. These odd little things are a such joy to come across and so worth recording.

I like the idea that the joy is in the detail (rather than the devil but maybe that only applies to work). You certainly found some very lovely details to share.
