Alex baby!

February is just starting to get to me - thank goodness its only 28 days!! What I hate most of all about the dark nights is not being able to get a walk in after work - so no bloggy photo opportunities either.

And so once again I am subjecting you to one of my musical memories! Back to the late 80's and my favourite "getting ready to go out" LP (LP's remember them?) was Criticize by the very Handsome Mr Alexandra O'Neil.
I still have all my LP's in a box in the garage!

I'm afraid I don't remember this one. I was busy bringing up children in the 80's. I remember ABBA best.

I loved the 80's. I've just started noticing the days staying lighter for longer, only a few weeks now until the clocks go forward.

I left all our LP's in S.Africa when we left, I often regret it but we have not got the space!!! Diane

I still have all my singles and LP's too!!! I used to like Luther Vandross! It seems like a lifetime ago that I used to get all dressed up to go out on the town!!! x

We still have loads of vinyl in our house, and an old Dansette record player to play them on. I was telling my 21 year old daughter about an album that had come out last year and featured rareties and b-sides. After thinking for a minute Red said 'What's a b-side?'. Oh dear, where did I go wrong?! I thought playing them old music every day since they were in their cradles would be enough but sadly no!

I'm longing for March to come - mainly because it's easier to type! I seem to have to type the date a hundred times a day and I always get the letters in Februay Febuary Febauary Febraury mixed up.
