No colour in November?

I often think that November is a dreary dull month and often devoid of colour.  However after my unscheduled spending spree, I thought I better head off for the Botanical Gardens where there was less chance of my wallet taking a further battering.

I was met with a riot of very welcome colour.

I love the Botanical Gardens at any time of year.  They have had less money spent on them this year because of cut backs, but it is still a beautiful space in the city.

I was hardy and took my lunch " Al Fresco".  The Curators House Cafe in the garden is a lovely place to eat.

I shall revisit this post the next time I think November is drab.

You sought out some wonderful colours on your walk, Diane - it doesn't look like November at all:)

Lovely to see so much colour around. I'm sure the leaves are staying on the trees longer this year.

The Botanical Gardens look a wonderful place to go at any time of the year! But the colours here are gorgeous. And great Photos, too. I was reading your last post as well, and you are just so lucky to be living with so many little shops, so many lovely places to walk, and the energy and legs to walk them! And of course, a flair and talent for photography!
